Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Galena Park

I am greatly disappointed. My daughter left her stuffed animal. I went back the next day to ask for it. I was told by the manager it had been thrown out. I requested they not do this anymore. Stuffed animals are important to children. He replies with “I don’t care”. There was no compassion. No remorse. His replies consisted of “it was trash” “I don’t care” “I’m don’t talking leave”. There was no apology. And the entire time he was smiling and laughing. I asked him to stop and the response was no. He can laugh when he wants to. I’ve been raised and lived in the area most of my life. I have never come across someone so cold as this man. I will never...

The place is pretty old. Which is not a problem in itself But. Their sound system at the drive through looks like its 20 years old and held together with duct tape.Needing upgrades to their equipment aside, the food was just fine. I had a burger and fries with a chocolate malt. Good burger no issues there. The fries on the other hand were very large cut and seemed undercooked. Some were almost raw... the chocolate malt was amazing tho. You don't find many places that have malts nowadays. They do have a kids meal available so if u need a quick place to feed your kids its good...

Went to visit my old job from 30+ yrs ago, while in school in GP, and they did not disappoint. The flavor and taste of the Beltbuster brought back several memories from my childhood days. Live in DP now and DQ is the furthest fast food chain fome my house, therefore i haven't been to it in a long time. Will have to make special trips to it now that I've recharged my taste buds.Thank you DQ for staying true...
