Subway — Restaurant in Gallatin

Gave this place two more chances over the last four months and ordered in the app both times they were out of something I ordered and didn’t call or contact me until I showed up after my pick up time. Laurie (manager) was super hateful and rude when processing my refund as I was initially told if I wanted a refund I’d have to call corporate myself…. I asked why this happens at this location and no one reaches out and again Laurie was just extremely rude. I understand theyve got walk in traffic but as a customer I’d had appreciated a call BEFORE I drove to the store to pick up a sandwich they knew they couldn’t make. Absolutely will not be back to this location and will tell everyone I know...

What a nice place. Very clean at 6pm tonight, the staff was great and considerate and super friendly. I usually feel like in inconveniencing food workers because they’re so short anymore, but this location and the staff tonight were excellent. The gentleman working was very upbeat and the younger gal I think named sarah was also super friendly and all smiles. And they had a nice dynamic working together, it was a good experience and I hope these two staff members are recognized for the good employees they are and maybe a trip to the eye doctor. Thanks!
