First I would like to start with that we are and will continue to be daily customers. This is 1 of the 2 places we felt comfortable dining outside during Covid-19. We have NEVER (not one single time and we've been going for years now) experienced bad service. The servers, bartenders and owner are ALWAYS super nice and attentive. The food is absolutely delicious! Wings, burgers, tacos, sandwiches, fries, burritos (a special on tuesday or thursday, maybe both) I mean you just can't go wrong! I was reading some of the reviews (after dining there tonight) and I CANNOT believe some of the negative reviews. Someone was in ALL because they didn't get celery with their wings.... I have to say as someone who worked in the industry for 3 years and my husband 10 years, people truly don't understand. We have had bad service places before but we always leave over 20% regardless if our food was cold, took long or had a rude sever. At the end of the day I think people need to realize that these servers, managers, bartenders, owners etc. are just trying to do their jobs! You NEVER know what is going on behind those swinging doors or what an employee is going through. Onto our experience tonight, we dined outside (today was the first day of indoor dining Sept. 4) Our server was super, super sweet and attentive. I cannot remember her name! Our food took a little longer then normal and she continuously apologized over and over which we responded with its ok, were all good over here, no worries. We knew that they were going to busy.... its a great spot!!! After waiting a little bit she came with our food and apologized for the delay, we were not worried about the wait at all! The owner then came out about 10 minutes later, came over to our table and apologized about the wait. He said I was expediting and I seen your ticket and how long you've been waiting, I'm so sorry for the delay. We told him it's totally fine, we understand were not upset. And he said "you know I really wish there was more people like you guys, my job would be a lot easier." We told him we totally understand, we worked in the industry. He seemed so thankful and appreciative for us and how we handled things. Most people (have experienced it as a server many times) would have been up in arms, flipping out and expecting a free meal. I honestly hope that people will learn to try and understand and appreciate what people in this industry go through and be the guest that makes them want to return to work everyday! Read moreFirst time there was a disappointment.. I went on a night that 2 of my favorite things were on special.wings and yuengling. Asked for a bottle of yuengling..bartender's response" no bottles,just draft". A little odd, but OK. Second beer and asked for a menu while trying to get some info from one of the two bartenders...she could not have been less friendly or accommodating. Ordered wings from a more friendly waitress and she pushed ranch or bleu cheese,as expected. Wings were delivered quickly but were overcooked to being beyond crunchy, they were hard. I expected to be charged for the celery and it was a dollar,no big deal, but if they are going to push it, then it should be better at it. Dressing was watered down,small, and bland and came with exactly 2 toothpick sized pieces of celery, awful. The thing that really bothered me though, was waiting for over 15 minutes, no exaggeration, for my next beer. One of the 2 bartenders disappeared for a while and the other checked her phone often and spent the rest if the time talking with a group on the other side of the bar while I, and the guy next to me waited,and waited. Read moreIt was a very interesting and absolutely not happy visit. Don't get me wrong, the food tastes delicious. However, the service is bad, at list the one we got today. I was the first one who asked if they have Skrewball whiskey and the lady said that she will check, but she never came back to tell me. Then when she came back to take drinks order she did not even remembered what I asked her. After I asked her again she finally remembered. So I place my order with every one else, but when everyone were drinking I still was waiting for mine. Then we all made our orders, but that was massed up again. I asked for an order of wings with BBQ on the side and celery, and instead she brought mild buffalo with no celery. When I told her that this is not my order she started protesting and telling me that I am wrong and she perfectly remembers I ordered buffalo. The funny thing is, that I can't eat spicy and have bad reactions with buffalo, so I never ever order spicy food. But it didn't help in reasoning, she still was telling me that I ordered buffalo. After she finally brought the wings I asked they still were with out celery. Nobody who ordered it got any celery. I decided not to tell anything anymore.
