Hardee's — Restaurant in Garden City

Ive been there 3 time this year and each time they are way behind. First time i paid cash and they had to wait for the manager to come unlock the drawer which took a long time because they were doing the work of 3 people. Second time, i ordered a chicken biscuit combo and i guess they had to go kill a chicken and make it from scratch, cars piling up behind me. Third time, i had a “big” order, 6 sausage biscuits and chicken biscuit combo. I was told i had to come inside for anything over 5 so i go in and order. 3 people are working, night shift girl who was ready to get out of there and let everyone know, and two other employees. After about 15 minutes the manager shows up for her shift. I guess some others called out for the day so they were going to be short handed, night shift girl let her know… still waiting for my “big” order, mind you its the simplest biscuits on the menu, about 20 minuets into waiting i hear the manager tell the lady to bump my order off the screen. Im thinking to myself great now they aint going to know what i ordered. Sure enough, after 30 minuets of waiting my order is ready. What did they forget? Hashbrowns and cheese on the chicken biscuit. Lady says, oh you ordered hashbrowns too? Probably would have known if you hadnt been told to bump the order. Im surprised they suck so bad being attached to a loves, i cant imagine truck drivers putting up with that...

There are a bunch of lazy workers here. They pretend to be busy so that they can not serve right away, so I told the other lady nobody was assigned here to take an order? Then she answer, do you like to order? What am I doing here? So I must order something? She got upset? Then we argue until she doesn't like me to order? I will not mention a name because I don't want her to lose a job on a little problem, but if she keeps doing that to any customer, she will really lose her job. Even the manager of the store keeps on walking around even if there are customers who want to pay, but there is no casher? Update: I forgot that I was here a few months ago on the last review I have. My present review is the french fries they gave me, which are medium fries and drinks and a burger. The fries were bad. They are not fresh. Taste like 4 hrs old fries and just reheat it. I wouldn’t have Even gave it one star but google forced me too!! TERRIBLE Customer Service. Waited in line for 15mins while the Staff and guest were talking, laughing, doing anything but working.one Employee looked me DEAD IN THE EYES!! The Window to my soul even!!
