Subway — Restaurant in Garfield Township

My boyfriend and I placed an online order for pick up. It was 30$ .. we had the order number and made sure that it went through on our debit card. Upon arriving to the store we explained the situation.. very politely and calmly. Showed both the men that were working (couldn’t understand them as they didn’t speak English very well), all of the proof that we ordered it and we paid for it!! The bigger guy didn’t care at all.. he wouldn’t even make us the order without having to pay for it again!!! Told us to call customer service to get it back!! We were so hungry we left went to the subway on fourteenth and they got us all hooked up!!! We will never eat at this subway again as long as that guy is there, terrible customer service skills.

About a week ago, my boyfriend and I were at the front of the line and BOTH of the workers (one male, one female, both older), walked right passed us to go have a smoke break in the male employee’s red car. We waited 5-10 minutes for them to finish and come back to make our subs.

Today, my boyfriend was met with very poor customer service. He was getting a sub and a worker was going to toast his sub without even asking if he wanted that, then he said he didn’t want it toasted, then she said “I’m about to walk out of this * place”. Upon checking out, he went to scan his coupon because the scanner was on, and the worker stated she didn’t even scanned the subs yet with attitude.

I don’t recommend eating here and I hope Subway can get more reliable and customer service...

I really wanted a footlong cookie. After all, it's all over the news and apparently is the new hotness. I didn't get one, because there weren't any. I was told there was a national shortage and nobody could get them. I decided to settle for a footlong pretzel. Not my first choice, but still interesting. I was not informed until I was taking my food away that there is no cheese. Because apparently they didn't get cheese to go with the pretzels. Even though they're supposed to come with cheese. So now I have a footlong pretzel with nothing to dip it into.

The sandwich is great. They always are. And it was $13 so if it wasn't great I would be pissed right now. Because for that amount of money I really just want a strong drink with...
