Awesome new food truck!! I forgot to take pictures of the crab ragoons but they were DELICIOUS! I ate them on the drive home so that's just how good they were! The wings were perfectly cooked with crispiness on the outer layer and moisture goodness inside! I love eating curry, and I love eating fried rice. The curry fried rice just hit the spot of a combination of the two! The owners are super friendly and nice.

As for a date spot, this is a great place to stop by with your date! Any other Asian restaurant is far away so this spot would be perfect to grab a bite before, during, or after going on any biking, hiking, or kayaking adventure! Fire and Rice is AWESOME! we just tried it yesterday after passing by a few times. It was so worth it! The food is delicious, high quality, fresh, and authentic. I ordered the chow mein and was delighted that they used authentic yellow Chinese noodles that have that just right chew!

We got the chow-mein, beef and broccoli, and spring rolls. The owners also threw in some freebies, so we got to try the Crab Rangoon and Sesame balls. Everything tasted great!

The house made chili oil is really good and the owners are exceptionally nice! 10/10

We tried this food truck yesterday and had a great time! This food truck is ran by really kind and hardworking people that make great food. They have a wide variety of food to choose from.
