Hardee's — Restaurant in Gaston

Every single time I have ever come to this Hardee's, the food is old, dry, hard, cold...etc. I haven't eaten here in about 6 months or so due to the poor quality food but since it is on my way home and convenient, I decided that I'd give them another try. I ordered two three piece all white meat meals with mashed potatoes, four small hot ham n cheese, and one large fry. When they brought my order to the window, I checked the boxes of chicken. It was two pieces a thigh and a wing and it was so old and dry, it was nasty looks ng. I immediately said that I ordered white meat and this chicken was old and dry and I'd like some fresh chicken. The manager took it back, picked out my thighs threw them in the trash, gave my box to the cashier and told her to get me some breasts from the warming basket. My receipt showed I only paid for two- two piece meals so I didn't say anything about her getting it wrong. When I left the window with my reboxed food, I checked the box and the breasts were old and dry. This is the same service I have always gotten and complaining to the manager does help. I spent my yard earned money here and they seve me old dry food that they themselves wouldn't eat. I drove to the Roanoke Rapids Hardees and got fresh food. Don't waste...

If they had a zero star that would be what I would have chosen, food was cold and dry like it been cooked a day before, I ordered a chicken strip meal and because I told them I dident need a drink I got chicken tenders only. I went back through the drive thru and the lady told me because I didn't want a drink all I could get was 5 chicken tenders, the meal was $5 a drink fries and 5 chicken tenders so I paid full price for 5 old tenders. I mean its not that hard people i say I want the combo but keep the drink because I don't need one and I guess all I can get is 5 old chicken tenders. Great service Hardee's in gaston n,c. My opinion everyone needs to be fired and new people need to be hired that...

Did not honor online order that was paid...a 2 piece dark/white entree/snack can be purchased online for $4.99 versus at the store. It clearly states mixed pieces of dark and white pieces for that price, but since the picture showed seemingly dark pieces, the manager and other staff would not allow any white meat to be given. I was comped $10 via online concerns, hence the extra star. The 2 pieces of dark meat was not good at all, hard, old, and the thigh was dark and bloody like...had to throw it out. My daughter ate the leg. I'll edit with a picture if I find it. It was about a couple of months ago...
