Scoggins Creek Coffee — Restaurant in Gaston

They are the slowest coffee shop ever. They chat with their friends out of the window even after serving their order making others wait and be late for work. They never apologize for the long wait once you get to the window either and they know they're taking a long time. This is an ongoing thing not a one time thing, which is why I decided to make a review. Unfortunately, it's the only coffee shop for a long bit of my trip to work so I hop in every once in a while but kick myself every time I do. I've been visiting this stand for over 15 years. Today was piss poor service. Barista was more concerned about socializing than providing good service. Spent 4-5 minutes talking with the customer after giving coffee and muffin, then had the audacity to serve me after someone came through the other lane when I had been waiting.

Terrible. Went there just now and a teenager was being sassy. We asked her how her cold brew she said I never had it. We asked her if she had anything to put in the cold brew and she pulled her window closed and showed us the syrups. We then asked if she had sweet cream and she said what is that with an attitude.
