Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Genesee Charter Township

Waited 30 min for a hot and ready they gave away one of our pizzas and we had to reorder and wait 7 more minutes after 10 minutes we went in and they gave away the pizza again they had no explanation nothing to conversate for it and just gave us our money back. I will never go back to that Little Caesars ever again the service is horrible there's too many people standing around on the phones looking at the computer a nd trying to figure out who paid and who didn't. There were five cars in the Drive-Thru waiting on their order and then there were some people who were just in and out no problem but the ones who had to wait their pizzas were given away too and they ran out of hamburger meat this is the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my entire life this store should...

I placed an order in the Drive Thru for crazy bread & sauce. I asked for the bread to be well done, specifically said “golden brown”. I left and came back to pickup my small order. When I got home, I discovered that my crazy bread WAS BARELY even cooked. I called the store immediately at 10:15 pm, no one answered the phone after calling at least 5 separate times. They were not busy because I was the ONLY vehicle in the lot. This is ridiculous and needs to stop because it is not the first time! The customer service at this store is very lackluster. Staff was rude as all get out, the gal who ran our order to the car nearly dropped down the side of the car practically throwing it at us, the drive thru was poorly managed, pulling nearly everyone up to wait with no room to do so, and the pizza was poorly made. We had to wait for an order of bread while the rest of our order sat in the warmer. Half of the deep dish we ordered was missing the bottom half of the crust, the other three were poorly cut any the toppings were poorly distributed.
