My wife and I stopped by for lunch. It was our first time there. Atmosphere - It's nice inside and appropriate for it's cabin theme. It had a mild smoked meats smell, which I like. It appeared to be clean. There are lots of TVs, so probably a good place to watch a game. Service - Very good. Our server stopped by several times to ask if everything was ok and if we needed anything. Food - We only tried a few things, so not fair to make a broad judgement. My wife ordered a salad with chicken on it. She said it was good, but small for the price. I ordered wings and pizza (w/pepperoni and mushroom). The wings were good. Nice smoky flavor. The pizza was very greasy...like pools of grease that took 3 napkins to soak up some of it. I don't know if it's the cheese they use or if all of the grease is coming from the pepperoni...but, there was a lot of it. You can see, in the photo I'm including, what it looked like after I soaked up some of it with 3 napkins...and there is still a lot of grease. The mushrooms were very salty. Sliced mushrooms would have been better. The crust and sauce were good though.

We went to Log cabin yesterday. We were immediately greeted by smiling, welcoming faces. Long story short our eyes were bigger than our stomachs and we ordered an entire three little pigs pizza, only to realize after getting it that we were all full! So we took it home, knowing that it will be the perfect meal while we all watch a movie together. Unfortunately our baby golden retriever had other plans and pulled the ENTIRE pizza off the counter and ate the WHOLE MEAT LOVERS PIZZA. Not a crumb left. No bacon, sausage in sight. She seems very content and happy so I am going to go ahead and assume that it was delicious. So to end this review, Kimber the golden retriever puppy highly recommends Log Cabins Three little pigs pizza

Arrived Friday evening about 6:30. Walked in and greeted immediately but told we would be helped shortly. Continued to be greeted and then we were seated. Waitress was very nice and was super helpful since this was our first time here. We asked what she recommends and she said the chicken sandwich and the brisket. I got the 3 meats with the brisket, ribs and sausage. Very good and the seasoned ribs tasted terrific. The ribs were not fall off the bone but were really tasty. Wife said the chicken sandwich was really good. All in all very happy with the food and the service. If you are in the Howell area definitely stop in for some brisket. You won’t be disappointed. Well done log cabin.

First visit was on a weekday. Pulled pork not ready at 2:00pm. This is a BBQ joint, all smoked items should be available or post times on menu when it WILL be available. I was not the only person waiting for pulled pork at that time. The amazing-looking soup featured on FB as the "soup of the week" was sold out (and had been sold out for a few days, per waitstaff). If it's your featured soup of the week please make enough to last for the entire week or don't advertise as such. This was the roasted squash soup with house made bacon. I chose the brisket as my entree. BAD CHOICE. ONE STRIP OF MEAT, about 8 in. long, maybe 1/4 in. thick, NO smoke flavor WHATSOEVER, gray, pale, extremely tough. Easily HALF the content of this meat was fat and gristle. ALL FOR $12. The house-made pickle/onion underwhelming. One BBQ sauce was mild, but too sweet...need more mild options. On the upside, the potato salad is a nice option and was delicious as were the housemade baked beans....at $4 per item. I had higher hopes. WE will give them another try. Hopefully the pulled pork will be available or maybe a burger. DEFINITE NOPE ON THE BRISKET. EDIT: We came back to give them another chance over the weekend, during the evening. Consistency is not their Forte. THE bbq baked beans WERE FANTASTIC the first visit...smoky, laced with bacon. Today's visit they had no bacon but had jalapeños and were too spicy. Prior visit potato salad was creamy and delicious but MEAGER SERVING...today's visit was a huge, double serving but salad was dry, overly dilled and had bacon. Biggest frustration was re-reading the menu and seeing that the brisket serving is listed as 1/2 lb. The meager, SINGLE STRIP of brisket I received during my prior visit WASN'T CLOSE TO 1/2 lb. NOT.EVEN.CLOSE. I doubt it was close to 1/4 lb. Possibly 1/8? My fault. I should have complained then and there. Kitchen and serve staff on day shift need more work. Pulled pork was available today. Lean but no smoke flavor. Burger was OK. "Bourbon onion jam" = wet, sautéed onions. Tots were decent but one of my friend's were ice cold in the middle. Buyer beware. I really had hope...

I can truly say we had the worst dining experience ever at this restaurant. My father in law brought us there. First we're told a 30-45 minute wait... After waiting more then 50 minutes we were finally seated... Next to the band and the loud TV. We finally ordered and the brisket came out... I've never seen brisket like that before. It was covered in so much fat from top to bottom of every cut of meat... Oh and did I mention it wasn't hot either... Let alone barely room temperature. My husband brought it to the servers attention - where she informed us they were having issues with the fryer and other kitchen tools so she was going to get a manager. The management brought out the 'new' briskets.... And sadly with barely any noticable improvements or changes and supposedly it was fresh. My husband told them again there was something wrong with the brisket and a new manager came to our table that was so rude and unprofessional. She made snarky comments eluding my husband doesn't know how warm brisket should be as well as other unnecessary comments. She then came around the table and got extremely close and put her arm on him and continued to have a terrible attitude. I've worked in customer service and management for 20 years and I would never ever talk down to a customer like that, let alone put a hand on them. Trust me, we will never...

This local establishment is smaller inside than the pictures reveal. It was very busy on Saturday night when we went, and there was a band supposed to play (bonus for live music 🎶). We unfortunately left by 8pm, before they started. They have a reservation system, and it sends a text when your table is ready (also a bonus). The waitstaff was friendly and attentive, drinks were fast, and food came at a reasonable pace. I got the prime rib, and it was decent. Priced at $28 I felt the portion of meat was reasonable, but the plate and fixin's made it feel very small for the price. It came very medium, and was suppose to be medium rare. The taste, while good, wasn't above average. The misses gotta Salmon, and hers was above average. However she had an impressive about of sides that filled the plate, unfortunately they were not very good, and she barely touched them. While the regular table area is well lit (perhaps a bit much) we were seated at a 2 top in front of the bar, it was tight, felt cramped, and our particular table had no light. Because the place is small, I see the reason to cram a table into that spot, but it's not a good location for atmosphere. Overall my experience was about average, it didn't really impress me. If I was asked to go back by friends, I'd go back. But for my own choice I'd make...
