The very best treat in the area ! Lucy was absolutely amazing with customer service from friendliness to making sure each of our orders were exactly what we wanted by explaining every necessary detail we needed help with! She was everything you want as an employee coming from a general managers standpoint- kind, detailed and never made us feel like we were a bother (even though my three children ((and myself lol are indecisive )! Even though she wasted a few spoons on my son who drops them like bad habits, she was never annoyed whatsoever in fact; she was attentive and very nurturing to us as customers. The shaved ice and flavors are super fairly priced and awesome tasting and we loved everything about it! Cant wait...

We booked their food truck for a social distancing birthday quasi drive by event in June 2020. They were great with everything. Very quick responses when booking, easy payment process electronically for deposit and final payment, great communication, very clean, professional, and reasonably price.
