McDonald's — Restaurant in George West

I understand this is a McDonald's , but there should be some type of service. No one to take orders or cash payments(watched two older couples leave because they couldn't pay cash). There were no table numbers, so multiple people self orders timed out, and they left. We waited an extra long time. The person put our bags on the counter and walked away. When they were almost to the back, they called our number, no drinks, no condiments, and no one to ask for them. I had to call the back to get our items. I counted at least ten employees, and no one talked to or greeted guests. We sat down, and every seat was dirty. We had to clean ourselves. The drink center hasn't been cleaned today. Only medium lids were available. I watched an employee put a bag out and called out a number from the back. It sat there for ten minutes. An elderly couple that had their table number out was waiting for it. This happened a few times when bags just sat there, no concern from employees. Employees made an effort not to face the counter to avoid guests. Watched two people who went to the counter waited for a while, then reached into the display, grabbed two pies and two cups, and walked away. No hiding it. Just no employees in front. The very next man walked in and did the same thing. I couldn't eat the burger because it was pink inside. That is terribly unsafe. I didn't complain it would have taken forever to get an employee to...

My family is extremely disappointed in the fact that the prices continue to increase and the size and quality of the food continues to decrease! My daughter says that McDonald's has forgotten where they began! They were the everymans meal! Affordable and convenient. Not anymore!

My daughter purchased the fish sandwich for $12.89. The sandwich was the size of 4 mcnuggets and fit in the palm of her hand. I had my old standby. The two cheese Burger Combo for $10.99, and I was shocked at how small my burgers were! The two burgers together weren't much bigger than two white castle burgers and not as tasty. I have intentionally stopped ordering the bigmac $13.39 because it is more of a minimac than bigmac.

Now, they are promising better quality meat and a better sear! So what, if the actual amount of meat is so small you have to call a seach party to find it! I'm surprised there hasn't been a false advertising charge since they continue to use pictures from the 80s for advertising instead of up to date, realistic photos of their products!

If you want to make a change, either decrease your prices using the same math that you use to decrease the size of your burgers! Or increase them...

I've been going to these golden arches since I was probably 5 years old, and I always thought it was the greatest place to eat on Earth. But as I got older I looked at it in a different perspective. Something happened at McDonald's one time not too long ago, and I haven't ate there since. I still go for my client when she wants McDonald's but me, never again. Let me explain... It happened one afternoon during our 13 days of 100° temperatures. I was sitting in a booth enjoying my meal, when I saw this woman staggering across the parking lot. Her clothes were disheveled can the skin on her face seem very red. I could tell by her movements that she wasn't feeling very well, probably due to the heat. She entered and went to the counter to order. The lady simply asked for a glass of water. The employee told her she must buy something first if she wants some water. The lady turned and walked out of the McDonald's on the other side of the dining room with her head hung low. Because of where I was sitting I was close enough to hear this conversation,if that's what you want to call it, and I looked at my meal that was about a half eaten burger and fries left. got up and went to...
