I’m not really sure what happened to this place. It used to be really good. My experience started with a phone call at 4:10 PM on a Tuesday. After four rings it went to voicemail. I called back three more times and it was put to voicemail. Not a big deal. It just means that I have to wait. I went in and the place was empty. Employees were hanging around having a chat. To be fair, I didn’t hear the phone ring once, so maybe the line is down. I order a large medicine wheel. My kids are picky and its option is usually the safest. I sat down and waited for the pizza to be ready. 20 minutes later they hand me the pizza. I immediately noticed that the pizza doesn’t feel very warm. Either way I take it outside and drive home. I sneak a little piece and let me tell you this was not the pizza I remember eating from this place. Everything about it tasted off. The crust, the cheese and the sauce. It even looked different. I can’t explain how it tasted because I’ve never tasted anything like this before. It just wasn’t good. I hope it’s just an off night. The place is usually good.

Was not very impressed. First time I've been here so I can't judge if this is a first or the way they always are. This place is in the Georgetown Country Club so Im assuming that is why the pizza was so expensive. It cost us $22. and some change for a large bacon and pineapple. As you can see there isn't enough pineapple and the pieces were very small. The bacon, well that was almost non existing and it was ground real fine. (I'd rather have small pieces on the pie) The taste of the sauce was rather plain and bland and it too didn't have enough on the pizza. The crust was rather chewy. Personally I don't intend to go back for that type of 🍕

Not the same any more. Super greasy. Super slow service. Disappointing. Its pizza. How hard is it? The oven is 900° they should take 90 secs to cook. Im done with this place. Looking forward to the next restaurant to take this location. Also here is an under cooked pizza that took forever to get while there were two customers in the place. When i told the manager he didn’t seem to care. Guess ill go cook it at home.

I don’t know what’s going on here lately, but it was nearly impossible previously to get anyone to answer the phone for takeout, and after dining in tonight I see why. Tonight we waited for at least 10 minutes to be acknowledged as waiting for a table, despite multiple wait staff walking by and even standing at the hostess booth. Once a server finally flagged us in, he ran to a table and threw our plates and silverware down without another word. We were seated at 7:15.

We placed our orders and the food was ok, definitely not as good as it used to be. Our server rushed us through the meal and seemed inconvenienced at our party of 4. By 8 our server was handing us the check, tried to pick up plates that were still being eaten off of, and proceeded to spill a mixed drink and ice all over my boyfriend’s lap. Hey mistakes and accidents happen, but there was no apology, nothing comped on the over $200 tab, just an “ah I knew that was going to happen.”

Despite this, 2 of us were hoping to order one last drink. We were told they had already done last call.. except no one bothered to tell us that, and it was still 45 minutes before close on a Saturday night.

I used to love Flatbread for their gluten free options, but I can get GF pizza cheaper elsewhere and don’t think I’ll go back to this location unless management starts taking their staff training and cleanliness (I was sitting next to a wall covered in dusty cobwebs) seriously. PLEASE bring back the Flatbread we...

Received a gift card for Christmas. Receipt indicates that gift was purchased on 12/23/2022 for $50.00. Enjoyed a good meal and was pleased with the server on 02/01/2023 at about 7:30 PM. I paid with gift certificate and supplemental cash. A female manager came to the table to inform me that she could not verify the certificate and I would need the email to confirm it's validity. I informed her that I would make an effort to contact the purchaser to obtain the email. My daughter figured it would take a little time and ordered a supplemental drink. The server got the drink and the manager said she would return in a few minutes. The manager never returned. About 30 minutes later I summoned the server and gave her cash to settle the bill. She left the table to update the bill for the latest drink. I surveyed the area and did not see the manager about. I feel that this was a failure on the part of corporate for not having a better system to verify certificate and an epic failure by the manager who never returned and failed to adequately explain the problem or comp the drink for wasting my time for their short comings. The place was empty I can't imagine any reason she left us waiting nearly 30 minutes. It's unlikely that I'll be returning. I will say that other locations that I've visited in the past provided a...
