The "manager" at this location is a freaking IDIOT! Number one: how are you a manager for a business but completely clueless on your processes? Number 2: you don't yell and curse at your paying customers. Number 3: if I ask for Philly and wing combo and there is a big picture (if you can't read) that shows what is included in the plate, not what you want to make me pay for. I hope corporate see this rating and should retrain her "manager" on customer service, the menu and how to void a fry If non the less. They probably won't fire him but he definitely needs to be written up. P.s. it can't be the customers when he had two totally different customers who order is screwed up on because he doesn't know how to put honey on honey hot wings. Get you life together study the pictures more if you can't read...

Our meal was hot and delicious. We dined in which was...awesome! Our service? Wow!! Quick,pleasant and enjoyable. No,wait...that's actually an "understatement" I'm usually big on getting names of exceptional staff/ personnel but,alas...I forgot to this time, darn it! But, I was assisted by two awesome, superb, wonderful, incredible, knowledgeable, warm,welcoming and inviting young women...who's genuine and sincere warmth and smile simply saturated the atmosphere with the fragrance of love and peace, which made our dine in experience that much more relaxing and enjoyable! Cudos to your awesome staff! These two women( as well as those who prepared our delicious meal,delectable!) Are as Tina Turner once...

The young fair skinned female that takes the order at the front counter and over the phone , has a TERRIBLE attitude , 0 manners, and knows absolutely nothing about customer service . I don't know how she has a job because she doesn't know how to talk to people , she is just rude in every way possible, the wings are good but her customer service definitely turns customers away, just so we wouldn't have to deal with her disgusting attitude. Her professionalism is piss poor, constantly gazing at her phone before, during, and after taking orders from people..... she definitely adds to the reasons why the Decatur area is...
