Arby's — Restaurant in Georgia

Usually this place is good. This particular visit was one that pretty much sucked. The food was not good, the person at the counter was not ready to be waiting on the public. The price was more than the advertisement so I simply asked why the price increase? Her answer was I will just get the manager with very high attitude. So I said get the damn manager then. Simple question which she should have been able to answer easily but she couldn't and didn't. Well the manager showed up and she had an attitude also. I simply asked her why the increase in price and she asked what I had ordered, I told her and she said well thats what it costs. I said that's not what the advertisement says, then she informed me I had ordered the medium size, which I did after I was asked if I wanted medium or large, not knowing small was standard. It could have all been avoided if the cashier would have told me small was standard. Instead both had this attitude which made me have a bad attitude towards them. I proceeded to get my food and it was mediocre at best. Usually good food there. I ordered the pork belly sandwich medium combo. What i got was a brisket sandwich medium combo. I didn't see that the drink fountain and condiment stand was in the back corner of the dining room, so i thought Popeyes chicken and Arbys shared a drink station. No one said anything, but it would have been nice to have known where to get your drinks. So it took just a few minutes for them to make me a pork belly sandwich, but they over cooked it in the microwave and instead of the juicy, thick, plump, sweet, smoky pork belly i got a very firm, dry, not very tasteful piece of meat that was over dressed with mayo and bbq sauce. I think the staff needs a lesson on handling pork belly sandwiches and the proper texture they are looking for on the cook of it. The people were very nice and did not hesitate to take the blame of the mistake of my meal. I can not believe what I got from Arby's on Silver Springs. The place was not full, and there was no one but me in the Drive-thru, but what I got was uncalled for......I LOVE Arby's Classic Beef 'N Cheddar, I ordered two meals and some extras. When I got home and we opened the sandwiches, they were disgusting. They both looked like someone had sat on them; they were flat, and the roast beef was almost non-existent, the cheese was missing in action, and the red sauce was scant. Unfortunately, it was not until I got home that I found out all of these. I was too tired and it was too late to go back and complain about our dinners, so the dogs had a surprise dinner. My experience is worth at least a -10, but this site does not have negative stars, nor does it have a "0" stars, so I had to give it a one star. Good ouch on your visit...
