Burger King — Restaurant in Georgia

Stopped here for food at loves. Decided to get Burger King instead. After walking into the store the older white woman working on Saturday June 22 kept screaming she’s not taking anymore orders over and over. We at first thought she was switching duties or going on break but then walked to the front and rudely addressed all the waiting customers by screaming “we aren’t accepting anymore orders! I’m the only damn one working around here and we have one cook that can barely do his job so sorry hall I’m no longer taking orders”. So we left and thought if we waited a half hour or so it would calm down. When we went back in there was only one person in line and as we went to place our order with the BK app it said the store was closed and she was just roaming around behind the counter barking obscenities about how terrible BK is laughing with the other employees… a couple more people came in and they continued to just diddle daddle around talking and complaining instead of doing their job and pushing out orders. This woman spent more time complaining to everybody about every little thing than she actually did trying to make food or get caught up on orders. I would never allow this behavior by any one of my employees I don’t care what is going on! Terrible look for the business and you definitely lost many customers, including us. She needs a lesson/ training course on how to handle high stress and heavy traffic occurrences or should be fired. I won’t be coming back to this location ever and I highly suggest you find a different place to eat or a different Burger King. Get your employees in line… it’s lunch rush on a Sunday things get busy just like any other place that serves food. After fueling at 1600 on August4 After fueling at the Love's truck stop I noticed it was a Burger King I want inside of the Burger King to place a order the young lady at the counter and for me that they did not have any change in their drawer I let her know that it was okay I place my order my order came out to $10.04 I gave her $11 she told me I said we didn't have any change I said I know I was willing to pay or should I say give the store the $0.96 for my food but she refused to take my order I then informed the manager on what she did because she would not take my order because I did not have exact change and he was okay with her doing that and all I wanted was something to eat so I can take my medication I would never stop at this Burger King again they were rude they were disrespectful and I have never heard of a company that did not want extra money when the customer...

I wish i could give this restaurant negative star. It was really bad experience with the staff. On 14 nov 2023 at around 7:15 pm, i ordered food and told the cashier to drop the whole order fresh, i ordered a special order with chicken fries. So they made the whole order wrong with saggy chicken fries. When i told the person in charge that the chicken fries are saggy and the whole order you made is wrong, the answer i got from the person in charge was really disappointing, she replied to me that the chicken fries are saggy because of the grease in the oil. I cannot believe this👎🏻. She was soooooo rude to all the customers there. I told her to refund the money as I returned the whole order. Her attitude was really bad.
