Choo Choo Bar-B-Que — Restaurant in Georgia

I just had a poor experience at this restaurant. I ordered a family pack and some additional sides to have for our family to watch the Georgia football game. I ordered it in advance online for pick up and arrived in a timely manner. The lady at the window gave me one large bag and said that was it. I drove all the way back home only to discover that they had not given me my meat or my buns. Since the game was starting in five minutes, I called them to let them know and also asked them if they had a DoorDash or delivery driver who could bring it to me since I had already gone all the way home. They said they did not, but if I came back in, they would give it to me. There was no apology. So I drove all the way back to the restaurant, And the young lady who made the error did not apologize. So I asked for the manager, the manager came to the window and was not apologetic. She did not offer any discount either for my inconvenience and having to drive all the way back. Then I got home and realized I did not even get two of the sides (two sides of mac n cheese) I ordered also. The manager was a very young lady who did not seem to have customer service knowledge whatsoever. In the past, this restaurant has donated food to the community and community teams, and I appreciate them for that. But with a manager who does not have customer service skills and who does not offer discounts or even apologies for errors that cause inconvenience to their customers, this restaurant is not going to head in the...

8/31/24. A patients son came in to visit and we started talking about where they are going to eat for him and his wife’s wedding anniversary, he mentioned this place and I preceded to tell him why we NEVER EVER go here. Well, I’m not shocked as I still have not received A reply from an “owner or manager “ from this place. I expect at least an apology which should have been done straightforward from the first time I posted!! Like I said, they must have too many customers to worry with one! No worries, much better places to eat surrounding this trash!!!

4/13/21 STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER ON THIS NASTY LOOKING THING THAT WAS IN MY BURGER! I believe your tooooooooo big for your britches! Certainly not at all humbled! It’s ok though.

12/16/20. I’m still waiting for management to respond to the piece of crap burger I got. I will NEVER EVER eat here nor at any of your facilities! You are rude as a business owner but I guess you can be simply because you have sooo many other people that do eat at your facility! We won’t! Your a disgrace

No joke! This is the lettuce that was put on my cheeseburger this past Saturday!! How in the hell and what is this??? I threw the burger away and I swear, WE WILL NOT EVER RETURN!!! How does this place get 5 stars? I’m curious..

11/10/20.. I’ve been waiting for a response from owner or upper management. I guess...

First time here. Went through drive thru. We ordered a bbq pork plate which comes with 2 sides, a bbq beef plate w/ 2 sides, an order of corn nuggets and an order of fried pickles. I ate the pickles in the car on the way home which I don’t recommend. They’re spears, not chips so they’re big and messy. Very good though, 5/5. Corn nuggets were great, came with ranch for dipping which was also good. Once home I got to try the bbq. I had the beef plate which had a decent helping of meat with a little bbq sauce on top. My 2 sides were potato salad and baked beans. All plates included a slice of Texas toast. All of it was excellent. My wife really enjoyed her pork plate as well. If I had to be picky, I would like a small little cup of bbq sauce on the side to pour on the meat on to go orders, and wish it was a little more in the “downtown” fort O area. We will definitely be back tho.
