We have always loved Choo Choo! We eat it almost once a week. I got of work today at 6:30 and went to get my fiancĆ©e. I called in a order at 7:22 for two killer potatoes. Then I remembered that I forgot my wallet at home. So my fiancĆ©e tried to call them to tell them that we would be there right before 8:00 when their suppose to close. Nobody would answer the Phone and after three calls In a row trying to be courteous they turned the phone off so it would go straight to voicemail but the mailbox was full. The phone stayed off from 7:27 until now and is still off. We tried to reach out on FB messenger hoping someone in management or the owner would see it and make them turn the phone back on. We got there at 7:56 to find the closed sign in the window and and the employees just stared at us through the window and I sat there waiting for them to come to hand us our order. Instead the girl staring at us just put headphones in and gave us a mean look and turned around and left us sitting there. I stubbornly waited for another 10 mins or so and a worker walked out the back door to leave. I asked the young man if I could get my order? He said what order? I said I ordered two Killer potatoes over the phone. He said we havenāt had a phone order all day. I said oh Is there another location? He said no even though thereās one in Chickamauga but anyways I pulled up the number I called and said is this the correct number? He said yes. But we havenāt had a call in all day. I said well who did I speak with? He said I have no clue but nobody here. So I showed him where I spoke to someone here and he just kept repeating we didnāt have a phone order all day. This is the worse service Iāve ever had. I never leave reviews and definitely not bad ones because I understand people have bad days and stuff happens. This wasnāt that. This was straight disrespectful kids that should at least have a manager or at least a responsible person running this company. Iāve had my own company for over three years. So I know how bad reviews feel to most companies and try to never hurt the image of a company or impact their sales. But I only leave this because the employees tonight didnāt care about the company, customer, sales or even having a shred of respect. So I leave this in hopes that the owner will have a chance to know how his business is handle or should I say not handled at all and make some serious changes before he loses all his customers. Weāve been loyal customers for many, many years and always recommend this place. I just canāt believe what just happened and hope other customers will be treated better or at least respectful in...

Let me start off by saying i was greeted by the sweetest young lady whom was very patient as I rattled my order off and she graciously repeated it to me to make sure it was correct which i enjoyed! Then I pulled around and it wasn't a long wait at all then another friendly young lady greeted me with my order and she made sure all was there!! All i have to say is i will be a repeat customer!!
