Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Georgia

Food is great I've always had issues with Styrofoam because I'm allergic when I touch styrofoam cups and everything in this restaurant just is surrounded by a styrofoam block I like the idea of the cookout box but every time I alternate I always go back to the same thing I get double quesadillas unfortunately every single time the quesadillas are always different they're not consistent at all when I lived in other locations the main quesadillas had more filling while the second dairy quesadillas had less feeling but this location they just don't care you're going to get all four secondary so because of that and because of the allergy of Styrofoam I just stopped going to the location they never seem to get my milkshake correct I don't know why I always use my phone to type everything out I've ended up with a blueberry cheesecake milkshake ones when I actually wanted an actual blueberry cheesecake and actual cheesecake up with blueberries on it the milkshake was supposed to be Oreo I have yet to get my Oreo milkshake every single time I go there I never get an Oreo milkshake I think the last time I wrote down Oreos and cream milkshake and they gave me mint chocolate chip if anybody knows me I hate mint chocolate chip if anybody is aware of this some people in the world get really nervous around deaf people and they make so many mistakes and this one guy at cookout cannot get my order right every time I go there and once I pass it off everyone got their orders correct but I never get my order correct. I don't know if he hates me as a disabled person or he's just scared to mess up my order and I don't want him to get in trouble. Ordered online from this location and the hours online say open until 11pm. Headed to the restaurant and received an email saying order ready for pick-up at 8:31pm. I arrived at 8:33pm, I realize the door was locked and the sign says the store closes at 8pm. I can see the crew inside cleaning up. No issues there, if you're closed you're closed. My problem is with the fact that the order was received at 8:17pm and then placed ready for pick-up at 8:31pm by someone in the store. I stood outside the door for 10-15 minutes while the crew tried their best not to make eye contact with me. At the pick-up counter is what looked to be my order all bagged up. So it felt as if they were just going to make it seem as I just didn't show since it was already paid for. I just wanted them to come to the door so that I could ask them to process my refund so that could go elsewhere. Instead I just kept receiving quick side eyes while they wondered why I wouldn't just leave. I eventually had enough, got in my car and left. I'll be calling their 1-800 number to get my refund since I kept calling their number and they wouldn't answer the phone. Again, even though I can clearly see them inside the store. I have a very bad experience at your restaurant I placed an online order and waited over an hour for it and customer’s who came after me got they food I went up and asked for a refund the girl up front said rudely to me your order was almost done and I said I still want a refund so the manager told me she don’t know how to do a refund on an online order and it’s not her problem so I asked again how to do a refund then on an online order she ignores me and the cashier said you don’t want me to have her daddy come up here like all I want is my money back and I get treats so I left to go outside and the older lady came out the kitchen and talked to me about how the young people in management has a bad attitude and she is right the manger and cashier needs to be fired I also should seek legal advice since she made a threat about having her farther come up there for me.
