I recently visited Dairy Queen, and let me tell y’all, the cashier could win an award for the most dramatic performance of "I’m not in the mood." I walked up all excited for a Blizzard, but I think she must have been dealing with a melted one herself! When I asked her questions regarding the menu, she responded with such malice, it was truly unacceptable. Dairy queen’s motto “We treat you right” really went out the window. Her attitude was so icy, I half expected her to ask if I wanted my blizzard served with a side of sass. I didn't know ordering ice cream required a PhD in customer service! Just remember, the ice cream might be soft serve, but the service is definitely hard to swallow! Furthermore, It seemed that we had been charged for the crunchin’ cookie dip side, so we politely inquired. Her response was nasty and belittling. To put the cherry on top to this ridiculous experience, she even went to the back to openly complain about my friends and I. I am super disappointed in this location’s poor service. So, if you’re looking for a sweet treat and a side of attitude, this Dairy Queen is your spot! As a follower of Christ, I am going to pray for this woman and her attitude! Bless her heart. I hope she can find happiness.

I've been coming here and getting biscuits for years and I have never had a complaint. This morning however, I'm not sure what was going on, but the biscuits were horrible. I got a biscuit that looked good, but it was super light and had no substance or flavor...it tasted like it was microwaved and the best way I can describe it is that it was like a gas station biscuit. It was so bad I didn't eat it. Consistency is key, I won't be returning here if this is what they're selling now. I will say that the other dairy Queen locations I visit locally have still been great.

If there were any way I could give dairy Queen in Clarksville on highway 441 a lower rating than one I would do it. I arrived at the store at 9:32 p.m. got out of my car approached the door they locked the door as I approached I informed them through the door glass that I was a DoorDash driver to pick up an order. The girl proceeded to say we're closed and they clearly are not supposed to close until 10:00 p.m. nearly a half hour from the time that I arrive. She told me I would have to go through the drive-thru which is fine but I asked her could I please use the restroom I'm on the road constantly and have no place to stop and use the restroom except the restaurants that I pick up orders at. She told me she could not do that she was not allowed to after the door was locked All I said was you got to be kidding me I got in my car went through the drive-thru picked up my order for my customer the same girl was at the window no apologies no I'm sorry no nothing just a kid with a very small sense of power and not letting someone who's doing a favor for them a restroom break. This is July 15th 2024 courtesy and customer service is clearly something...

I went yesterday and it was the worst service ever! The lady at the drive thru with red hair and manager was rude! I don't go to DQ that much, but now, I may not even go to this one ever even though it's closet to my house.

I ordered onion rings with my meal but was charged for fries even though the cashier repeated what I said. Before I left, I was trying to get it fixed but the lady with red hair was rude and said that there will be a upgrade charge for the onion rings but I didn't order fries. I said that I understood but I didn't order fries even though I got charged for fries. She didn't want to fix it and shut the window. So, I called to talk to the manager (which was questionable) cause no one could give me the name. So, this lady (which I think was the same one from the drive thru) said she was the manager was rude. I told her what happened and when I asked about the lids for the blizzards. She told me that it's not in their policy to put lids on their blizzards that we the customers have to request for lids....which I did this go around. But anyway, I told her what happened with my order and she was going to fix it I...
