My husband and decided to stop at a Diary Queen for lunch. We haven't eaten at a Diary Queen in a while so why not.
The order total was 26.40!! This was for regular size combos. I was in complete shock at the price, but was like whatever we are committed now. The assistant manager brought us our food didn't say anything and slid it on the table and walked away. I was still a little unsure. Upon inspecting the food I realized there were 6 onion rings which were very petite then I realized I paid an extra 1.29 for onion rings. That was probably the deal breaker for me.
When you pay almost 27 dollars for a fast food place and you get a kids meal it is very upsetting and honestly offensive. For the average Joe to eat here at a 12 dollar an hour job you would have to work three hours just to eat lunch with a loved one. I am truly sad at this. I bought the flame thrower burger it was good flavor wise but the burger was not even luke warm. I then looked at my husband's fries and he received a Mc Donalds size small.
