Dunkin' — Restaurant in Georgia

I'm not sure if the time on the website is incorrect, or if I was just rudely ignored at your store (8200 Appalachian Hwy, Mineral Bluff, GA). The website said you close at 7pm - I arrived at the drive thru at 6pm. All of the lights were on, and the auto greet came on. I gave my order - waited with no response - so I decided to pull to the window. I noticed the back door was open. When I pulled to the window an employee (that was wearing a headset) was standing about 4 ft from the window wiping a counter off. He did nothing to acknowledge me at the window - even after I did a quick honk. I pulled around front to see if there was something I missed in way of a closed sign or a time on the door. The OPEN sign was still lit, and all the lights inside still on. The door, however, was locked. Both people (young men) inside continued with what they were doing without ever acknowledging me. I'm not mad if the time to close was earlier than 7pm, but the very least you can do is tell the customer that not only went through the drive thru, but then stood at your door that you were already closed. It was rude. Honestly, it gave the appearance that the store was still open, but they just didn't want to be bothered...

This dunkin is awful. I have had numerous bad experiences here. Almost every time i order food with my coffee there is a problem. I get my daughter blueberry muffins, over the past month only 1 was edible, all the rest were undercooked and by alot raw batter in the middle. The employees are always nice, but enough is enough, even the employees were saying i think we need a new baker. This morning was the last straw for me, i ordered at the drive up a egg and cheese on an eveything bagel, and a blueberry muffin large coffee, i got an egg and cheese on a croissant and the muffin was raw again. I told them ill keep the croissant instead of the muffin plaese make me my egg and cheese on an eveything bagel. They asked me to pull up and they will bring it out, while i was waiting i watched one of the girls with a head set on come out the front door and light a cigarette, he smoked half of it real quick then thru it in the parking lot and went right back to work without washing her hands. I will never be back. I hope corporate dunkin sees this, this place needs...

I want to start by saying I am a Dunkin Donuts fanatic fan. Now why the one star. I went to other DD and ordered the bacon snackin and it was crisp and warm. Very good. I went to this Mineral Bluff store this morning and the bacon was served cold and the grease was turning white. I went back and was told that they serve it room temp because of the sugar on it so it will not burn the customers. I aurgued the point and said that other stores do not serve it cold and was told that it was to be served room temperature ambient was the word she used. When I questioned this again she told me the bacon was precooked and sent refrigerated and they heat it up place it in a container and set it on the counter… hum for how long. This was stone cold. I reminded her this was a pork product and she told me it was not raw pork..it may as well be. It was limp and very cold. I took pictures and plan on sending corporate an email and call on Monday. I am certain they did not have botulism in mind for the menu. I would Not recommend this store for anything that is cooked? ...
