Game Time Sports Bar — Restaurant in Georgia

I only got food to go so my review is solely based on that interaction and it was amazing. Everything from the time I walked in the door was just perfect. I was promptly greeted by the bartender and they had my order ready, I paid and I was back out the door in no time. I had the Philly cheesesteak and the Buffalo Hot wings and The cheesesteak was absolutely amazing! It had real sliced steak and big chunky perfectly sauteed onions with just the right amount of cheese and the bread was perfect as well! I cannot stress to you enough how perfect this sandwich was. The wings were also very good. The buffalo hot sauce is definitely hot. I think I will get the mild buffalo the next time. The prices are more than what you would expect but only by a couple of dollars and the quality of the ingredients they use are worth the extra couple of dollars. I'm getting so hungry just thinking about that cheesesteak! Edit/Revisit October 1st 2025, I was working in the area again so I stopped to pick up dinner to go and I finally found something that they do not do well at Game Time and that's the black and blue burger. It's not a hard burger to make deliciously. You pick a good blue cheese and a good blackening seasoning automatically include some perfectly grilled onions and that's all you need but for some reason they decided to pick possibly the worst blue cheese for a burger and even though I asked for grilled onions I got one sliver of a purple onion that was barely grilled at all. Does this mean that I don't love the food there? Absolutely not! Do I really hope that the owner or kitchen manager maybe even the fry cook reads my review and tells whoever cares that they're black and blue burger needs some fixing if they're going to charge $16.89 out the door for it served with a small handful of crinkle fries? You can bet everything you have on that! If you're going to charge so much for a burger that it almost comes to $20 after tip, without a drink mind you, You better make damn sure that is the best burger anyone has ever eaten in their life! Hell I could go to the green truck pub and get a burger and fries for about that same cost and the burger is going to be made out of grass-fed beef from Hunter cattle, a farm that I have been to and probably seen the cow that I'm eating. The fries are going to be shoestring fries hand cut in the restaurant that morning and fried to perfection, not some food service delivery crinkle fries. So.... Mr Game Time for the love of God figure out how to make a black and blue burger or reduce the price to $6 which is what I feel what was served to...

Ordered for takeout and the food was decent, but the girl on the phone and at the bar was extremely rude. I was excessively polite when I ordered and she actually hung up in my face without saying “Thank you” or even just “Goodbye”. Upon arrival, I was made to wait at the bar without being greeted or even acknowledged as a breathing human for several minutes. This was really disappointing because this place is so close to my house and it would have been so great to have an option nearby for a quick dinner or a cool place to hang out. i used to love this place. i came here with one of my best friends who is latino and they suddenly refused to serve me. I have never experienced racism like that in my entire life. They accused us of drinking all day and that we couldn't speak the "native language" i pray this company goes out of business and never treats anyone like anyone again. i was so excited to go there and I am absolutely disgusted by this place again I honestly hope they go out of business they have nothing to offer especially to a local town who did nothing not want to give them business. truly unbelievable and...
