McDonald's — Restaurant in Georgia

I’m not sure how an establishment gets away with being this horrible. I have given this location multiple chances, hoping that the service would improve, as it is a fairly new location. Expect at least a half hour wait every time you go through the drive-through, all to get food that is poorly put together, not hot, from very rude employees that make you feel like such an inconvenience. Today I told my daughter that I would bring her McDonald’s for lunch following her field trip. I got in the line at this location, since it is the closest to her school. After about 10 minutes of not moving at all, I finally got out of the line and drove all the way to the McDonald’s in Rincon. I was in and then back out of the line in less than five minutes during lunchtime and left with hot food and kind service at the Rincon location. Then I had to pass back by this location, headed back to the school to find the line had barely moved. The customer service at this branch is non existent. Ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit with extra cheese, which they charge $.49 for. I pull up to the window to pick up my mobile order and the older lady that was in there was already flustered because something was going on with a large order and it threw her into an absolute crash out. The older lady was the one fixing the food, and I heard her go to the back to pack my order and she said, “She ordered it with extra cheese?” and it was handed out the window to me. Because she stated that it was ordered with extra cheese, one would believe that she had taken the time to open the wrapper and slap an extra piece of cheese on the biscuit. Not at all. I get home, open it up and there’s no extra cheese on there. At this point, there’s no sense in going back because the attitude in that place is absolute crap every time you go there. I’ve made complaints before and the manager or owner or whoever is dealing with problems, doesn’t address the issue. This McDonald’s absolutely sucks. I’m not sure who runs the Rincon McDonalds these days but I will never go back there!! Placed a mobile curbside order… waited 15 min and asked a worker who took an order out to the drive thru line if I needed to come inside. She said she’d check on my order. Wait 10 more min and go inside and tell them I’ve been sitting there for 25 minutes waiting for my order… the girl at the front tells the “manager” who shoots me a look and says “well that’s bc we had a big order!!” I said I’m not sure that’s the entire truth bc I watched the drive thru line empty out 3 different times before I came inside! He gets an attitude and starts chunking my food into the bag- I look and say I’m sorry but can I get the sauce we ordered?! The girl at front says “oh we out of that!” I said seriously that’s the only reason I’m here is bc my child wanted to try this new special sauce! They didn’t care to try to make it right or apologize for anything instead they were goofing around with other teens who were in the lobby cussing and acting the fool....
