This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star... let’s just say it’s going on 4 hours since my original order was placed... it took 2 hours to get it... I open the box to see a plain crust with some Canadian bacon thrown across it... no cheese... no pepperoni ( I ordered the 100 pounder which stated it had extra cheese and heavy pepperoni) well I immediately called and they stated I requested no cheese... no sir I’m looking at my confirmation email you are wrong so he prints ticket and profusely apologized and refused my refund as I requested and stated I will personally go remake this pizza and get it right out to you... so fast forward to now an hour and half later... no pizza shocker right they close at 10 so I call off friends phone bc they didn’t answer my call.. the chick without asking my name states she just left I’m so sorry we were slammed.. Read moreUpdate: 11-11-23 - If I could give zero stars, I would. Tried calling on the way home from Dahlonega so we could pick up on our way back into town. The phone rang and rang until finally a girl picked up the phone and immediately put me on hold before I had a chance to speak a word. I waited on hold for 5 minutes before I hung up and tried calling again. After ringing forever, I was immediately put on hold again for another five minutes. I had a friend call from their phone and was told that they weren’t taking orders at the time and was hung up on. This is a shame because the pizza is always delicious when we get it. Actually our favorite in town. Due to poor customer service, it will be a while before we try again…if ever! DO BETTER!
Ordered pizza at 6:30 in the evening. Granted we know this is a busy time so we accepted the 1.5 hour delivery time. We got a call after we had waited the estimated time period saying that our pizza was “skipped” because our address was similar to another persons address and it would be another 35-45 min wait for delivery. Read moreI ordered for delivery because we love (or use to) the pizza. The estimated 45 minute delivery turned into 90 minutes. When they brought our food to the door it wasn't the right order. He took it back and then brought ours. Our order was $55 so I was expecting hot pizza and piggy stix. The pizzas were all cold, the piggy stix were dropped because they were all stuck to the top of the box and sauce was spilled out. One of the pizza that was a half and half had toppings on the wrong half. I called and gave my complaint and asked for a free piggy stix and a free pizza on the one that was messed up. They offered me 50% off my next order. That wasn't enough for me since the pizza was messed up and the stix were cold and stuck on the top of the box. Im so very disappointed!
