Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

Wish I could do 0 stars but can’t. The “ male manger” is rude and very unprofessional. Been ordering since Oct 2021 for delivery (5.2 miles), and when they can’t deliver they try to do Door Dash ( but they won’t deliver to me), so manger said we will take “North” from our address and it should work, so tracking showed address in the wrong direction, so I call PJ when it showed DD was moving he said they don’t use that tracking system and he gave driver the correct address. I said ok, well about 20 minutes later someone from DD called me and said driver was at my address and it was a wooden lot. She said I needed to call PJ’s and give them a good address. So I called PJ’s and the manager said it was all my fault. I said just cancel my order, he said if I had input a good address this wouldn’t have happened. I said I did and his company just delivered to my house last week. He hung up on me. Matter of fact, last week they left my drinks ( 2 20 ounces bottles) I called them and said just refund the $4.00 instead of the driver having to come back out. They make me wait for 2 pizzas 1 hour and 30 minutes. I call to try to get help if someone could check what was going on why was taking forever. No one could give me an answer, just direct my phone call to the store no one answered the phone. There is no hope of getting help, you are on your own if you’re trying to get your order and they make you wait. I could have went somewhere else if they would have told me that was going to take that long. The girl said 30 to 40 minutes. An hour and 10 minutes later and they tell me to wait another 20 minutes. That is crazy, try to be patient but that long?????No...

Pizza wasn't ready when promised. The young woman was rude when we came to pick it up, we paid and she just walked away. When we asked if the pizza was ready she rolled her eye and said no, we are very busy because of a the ball game. But apparently not so busy to be hanging out in the store being social with your friend. Got home pizza was undercooked or just super soggy in the middle. I'll just drive to Carrollton next time I want pizza....
