Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Georgia

My order took at least 45 minutes to make. When I ordered online it said 15 minutes. When I got to the store the time of the screen added another 10 minutes. I was told that my pizza was being cut and almost ready, then I was told that my wings were not even cooked because they were changing the oil. So I had fresh wings with old pizza. When I opened box the pizza it was already old from sitting in the heater box. Plus it was a thin crust so that hold time didn’t make it better. We ordered the new tavern pizza and it was nothing special about it. It looked and tasted like a regular thin crust. There were burnt edges around crust. While I was inspecting the pizza and the burnt edges, I picked up a slice to see if it was really burnt or not. Before I could even say anything the manager, I assume said, “oh you touched it. I've been coming to this location for 12 years but that new manager is definitely bad for business. My husband and I placed a T-Mobile Tuesday order yesterday that gave us a free flatz pizza with a $1 purchase. Total was $2.12, but when we got there the pizza was still on our tickets. The manager tried to tell me the special was only before 5pm when the flatz were $5, even though I told him they rang up $6.99 when we placed our orders. He took them off but he has such a condescending way of speaking to customers. This was my 2nd time dealing with him speaking to me that way, so I told him about it this time. His response was, that's your opinion. Pizza Hut really needs to get this man out of their stores dealing with customers. He has no customer service skills at all. That was my 3rd time visiting this location since he's been there and the 1st time I witnessed him speaking to another lady like that because she didn't like how her pizzas looked, they were just throwing those $2...

I went to the Fayetteville Pizza Hut on County-line road and was totally appalled. I called in my order over the phone. When I arrived to pick it up, as I checked the pizza to ensure it was indeed my order, a roach ran across the pizza box. I was so shocked and startled my 1st reaction was to scream. The employees offered to make my another pizza; however, I declined. This has never happened to me before. I am aware that there are rodents and bugs in GA however, for them to be this comfortable to run across the pizza box as I was checking my food is too bold for me. This was totally disgusting! If I could give the atmosphere a ZERO, I would. I am very disappointed with this business. I like Pizza Hut’s pizza however, I can not eat at this restaurant ever again! The Pizza Hut on County line Road needs to bombed for roaches and other critters. I hope management will do better and ensure this restaurant is thoroughly cleaned of all roaches and other rodents before...
