It advertises opening hours starting at 10 AM; however, upon my arrival at 10:30 AM, I found the premises still closed. Additionally, I was informed that there was no chicken available. It is concerning that the employees appeared to have time for a smoke break during operational hours. This raises questions about work ethic and responsibility within the staff. Furthermore, when I entered the establishment, the employee wearing a gray shirt with braids exhibited an unpleasant demeanor toward customers, which is particularly troubling if she holds a managerial position. Such behavior is unacceptable and highlights the need for improved staff training and customer service. Sometimes the chicken is awsome. And lots of times you can tell that the oil is old and burn. I was a chef overseas so when the staff tell me the oil get change every day that is a lie.when your chicken is so dark brown and the grease comes out that oil is old .everyday is not enough if you fry lots of stuff. You want to keep your costumers you need to take care of this. Golden brown that is what this suposst look like 3 weeks ago my chicken was terrible .im gonna educate people what the need to look out for. Because twice I got sick.
