Springfield Baldinos - Giant Jersey Subs — Restaurant in Georgia

DO NOT SPEND YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!! My very first time in this business and i had a horrible experience. Ordered a s Sub with no tomatoes for lunch. After leaving and coming back to work. I realized that this sub was full of tomatoes. I tried to call the location 3 times with no answer. It had a weird message saying that I was being blocked from calling. I drove back still on my break. I talked with the owner explaining my disappointment and inconveniences. He would not compensate me for my inconvenience due to their error. He basically said they busy, and can't help that i could not get them on the phone. I explained in a calm soft tone regardless of your business practices...or how you run your business you failed to get my order correct, collected your fee for the food and I had to physically return to your location to report and return the error. At this point i want a my money back....

I was a first time customer yesterday. Cheesesteak is very tasty! Not dry at all, and bread was very fresh and soft. I'm not usually a fan of mushrooms, but they were really good. It also had onions, green peppers, and fine cut lettuce. The lettuce at the bottom had oil and vinegar, which was a really nice touch. I asked for wheat. got white (not a big deal, it was probably better anyways). If you tell them you are dining in, they put your sandwich on a paper plate instead of wrapping it. If you are planning on taking half of a whole/large sub with you, tell them you want it to go. I will be back again! Be sure to ask for a punch card if you plan on returning. 10...

Baldino's is one of my favorite sub places. I've eaten at them all over the Savannah area and in Fayetteville NC when stationed at Fort Bragg. The Springfield Baldino's is always slow even when they're not busy. The bread is dry, seems stale almost every time. I order the American Army which is supposed to be extra meat but the sub barely has any meat. Ordered the meatball sub this time. I paid for extra provolone cheese but only got 2 half slices. Again, the bread is dry and I have to constantly drink something to help wash down the bread. The food quality here just isn't as good as...
