Starbucks — Restaurant in Georgia

Do NOT and i mean do NOT waste your time going here. The customer service is beyond terrible it quite literally doesn’t exist. I literally stood there for 16 minutes WITHOUT being acknowledged once by Jalin (the young kid with the locs and tattoos on his arm in case i soelled his name wrong). I totally understand that he was by himself hence me being patient and waiting. HOWEVER under no circumstance should he have been on FaceTime the ENTIRE TIME talking to a female! He SHOULD have been acknowledging myself and the other guest that walked up! THEN i waited that entire time only for him to tell me they don’t have what i would have liked to order. I get it, you run out of things. I get it, you’re solo. But like i said, get off the phone and work, period!! He wasn’t asking a coworker how to do something or where something was he was busy running his mouth having a FaceTime conversation of all things. SMH, don’t go here the customer service...

They don't listen, don't know how to make drinks correctly, and told my fiancé he couldn't order a Frappuccino because they were behind on orders. I get a grande vanilla sweet cream cold brew with sweet foam on top I asked for 1 extra pump vanilla. They made a drink that looked like black coffee with sweet foam on top and the label said 5 PUMPS OF VANILLA. I questioned why it was so dark and why 5 pumps vanilla. She told me that's exactly what I ordered. Sweety never has this drink been handed to me BLACK nor wete 5 pupms ordered. I left with a cold brew one pump of vanilla and sweet foam on top. It was disgusting. Sweet creme and sweet foam and different ingredients. The wait was also ridiculous 20 minutes 3...

So disappointed... I walked up to the counter at 7:30pm (30 minutes before their posted closing time). Just to be told they start shutting down at 7:45pm. I asked them what time do they actually close because it was still 15 minutes till 7:45pm. They said in the future come before 7pm.

All I wanted was a frappachino 😭 what is the point of having a time listed if you're gonna just close before ???? And a whopping half an hour at that.

They should just change the posted time if that's how they're going to run the store. I could understand if this was a busy fine dining restaurant, it's not even a real Starbucks... it's inside...
