Kids love the frozen yogurt; pizza barely adequate; service poor.
I ordered the Margarita pizza and they forgot the garlic and fresh basil... later told me they were out of those ingredients, so it just came out a really goopy pizza with too much cheese and tomato sauce. Didn't bother to check if I'd like to change my order.
After waiting for about 25 minutes for the pizza, I finally checked in with the staff and they'd set our order aside for carry-out. Never bothered to check that we were seated in the restaurant section - which you can see from the kitchen.
I've been here 3-4 times and each time it's been slow. There's a small indoor fish pond and waterfall feature in the back that the kids like to see while they wait.
This time I waited about 5 minutes to put in my order, was behind a patient but annoyed customer that was incorrectly charged. Then had to catch someone's eye to put my order in. I wanted to buy the frozen yogurt later, so the guy said hold off on paying until then. Convenient, I thought. But then when the 4 people in my party wanted their dessert at different times we had to pay each time, with a waitress (finally attentive) standing at the table saying - "you didn't pay" and pointing to the frozen yogurt. SO rude. We'd had it weighed of course to get the cost, and I told her to just add it to my other ticket and I'll pay all at once but she wanted none of it. So I had to make 3 transactions to pay for each yogurt and the pizzas. Ridiculous.
I would only recommend coming here for the frozen yogurt - there are probably 12-15 flavors, self-serve, and you can add a variety...
Read moreFirst and last visit. Placed an order online. I was called back and advised one of the items in my order they don't have. Arrived to pick up within the window given, only to find not all of my food was included. This resulted in my having to wait. Got home to find my order was incorrect and was told I must have been given someone else's calzone. The manager asked me to bring it back and I suggested they come pick it up and bring me my correct order. The manager said the kitchen was closed, just after 8p on a Saturday evening. I was told they would credit back the out of stock item and the calzone made incorrectly. Unfortunately, I wasn't credited, they charged me the amount of the refund. I brought this to the attention of the manager the following day and was told that he couldn't fix it, that I would need to contact Chow Now. How this became my responsibility, I don't know. The following day the manager remade the calzone. Got home and found it was wrong again. They included olives, when the menu did not list olives as an ingredient. Super irritated now. I called and talked to the manager, AGAIN. He advised they are under new ownership and some of the menu items have changed. That's fine, but you can't just change the menu verbally or internally. When do you plan to let the public know? It goes without saying that I will not give them a third strike, to get right what they should have gotten right the first time. If this is new ownership/management, you are not going to go very far with poor service, policies and quality. Unfortunately it is a "Two Thumbs...
Read moreThis could be a great little family spot. But, it has changed hands so many times that the quality has gone down hill. We were regulars for the longest time going just about every Saturday. Here are some of the reasons we stopped going: I was told I was going to hell by an employee, not because I didn’t believe in God or go to church but because I said I wasn’t a big prayer. I was told if I didn’t pray to Jesus I would go to hell. The fish fountain is not being maintained. The soda machine was overflowing. The yogurt was liquid because the machines had not been turned on. And beware when ordering your pizza, if you order a speciality pizza and they don’t have the toppings, they won’t bother to tell you they are out but will make it anyway without the toppings specified (this has happened more than 3 times) and the table next to us who were waiting for over 45 minutes for their order was told when the order was finally brought out, that there were no meatballs for the sandwich that they ordered. We were really sad to break our tradition because we love supporting local businesses but now we frequent Chick Fil A on Saturday’s instead because you can depend on their...
