I just want to say this to all the poor reviews. I understand how upsetting it can be for somebody to get your order wrong, and to not entirely understand the menu. However it isn't exactly easy to remember the equations that go with a sandwhich, prepping food, washing dishes, changing a coke bib, flipping the bar, making bottles, keeping the bar clean, prepping bread, checking temperatures, counting bread, counting the cooler, cleaning the bathroom, fixing tea, and cleaning the dining area. All during the mess I just listed you have twenty people in line and only two people busting their butts to fix your meals. Now I would also like everyone to keep in mind that this particular Subway is also..... a truck stop! Which means that ANYBODY will go in Subway dining area and sit. Even when Subway isn't open. And the only people who are mandated to clean that area is Subway. Store side will not touch that area. Please before posting ugly reviews talk to the people working. Their life is stressful enough. There is more to it than a person in the back who magically walks out when you ring that lovely little bell. There is somebody who is running ragged behind the counter. Lord forbid you catch the poor employee on night shift completely alone. Please please please. Try to put yourself in the other person's shoes. I can't tell you how many nights I stood in the same spot for hours, and if I did get to move I made it to the back only to hear the bell. I'm sorry if the place wasn't to your liking the minute you expected it to be. Please don't come to my house, I only have two toddlers creating messes. Subway has well over a hundred adults creating messes. I know how hard these people work. Oh and ants are everywhere right now!!!! The weather is cooling off that are seeking shelter. I walked in at 9pm. The one girl working nights, was making a sandwich and just stared at me with a blank look on her face when I told her my order.
She didn't respond, so I told her again.
I then realized she was wearing headphones. She then proceeds to take her head phones out of her ears (gloves still on) and said
'What?!'
I asked if they were still open and she responded with
'Yes, but it's gone be 15 minutes.'
I said why? Are you waiting on bread?
She said 'uh, I got sandwiches to make. Can't you see? And she pointed to the half made sandwiches.

First, they didn't get my order right. Let's be clear that my order is incredibly simple, so for this woman to get my order wrong is surprising.
Secondly, when we checked out, we told her that we wanted the meal deal. She didn't even know what we were talking about, almost as if she had never looked at the menu behind her.
Thirdly, we go to sit down, and there are ants crawling everywhere.
Subway, I've never been so disgusted. I've never had this kind of problem before, and it should be fixed before someone calls the health inspector.
