Subway — Restaurant in Georgia

I’ll start by saying this is my first google review and it’s not something I take lightly but, eventually, enough is enough. I have never seen a more poorly ran food service establishment in my life. IF, on the off chance the location is open (changes daily) you are lucky if they have anything to actually serve you. For example, today 12/13/22 I visited and, for the last and final time, was let down by this place. After standing in line for an extended period of time with only one employee working I was told they had 1 flatbread available or artisan white bread that had just come out of the oven so it would be too hard to cut at the moment. IT WAS 12 NOON! Why did no one prepare for the day ahead? Did no one anticipate that customers would want bread for a sandwich during the lunch hour? Just like my clothes reeked of the classic subway bread when I left (although it wasn’t available to me) this place reeks of POOR MANAGEMENT. Do better new owners, or close and let someone else occupy this currently wasted...

The place is clean and the people have always been nice. They have been doing a great job at keeping inventory levels up so you can always get the food you want the exact way you want it. I ask for things like deluxe meat(50% more), preheat the stake, extra cheese toasted over the meat, with a little of this and a lot of that. They make their variety of sub buns fresh each day so they are always fresh and taste. I also really enjoy their fresh baked warm and gooey cookies, they usually have several types. I love the chocolate chip while my wife enjoys the macadamia nut cookies. They stock several types of snakes like chips and even popcorn. They have fountain drinks and fresh tea and bottled beverages. If you like eating at Subway I suggest getting one of their reward cards. You earn points which can be redeemed for free food. Normally have decent experiences at this subway location, but it is often understaffed or sub-par in quality. My last order was the straw that broke the camel's back. I repeated a previous order with 5 sandwiches where the app glitched and removed all the toppings- just got bread and meat. The employee that handed me the sandwiches acted like nothing was unordinary, and claimed that store was "busy" when I called back asking for clarification.
