Good afternoon, after several long waits and lack of better wording, sorry service, I feel the need to make contact in some other manner
Listen, I know you can't please every customer, but when the lady says, "Can you wait just a minute" so we're like, sure... only for that minute to be up and she says, um can't y'all just come inside and order? That's bad practice for a "drive thru-fast food".... that was at 8-815pm with only 5-6 cars in the parking lot.... now I see why there was only 5-6 cars. We pulled around and saw 2-3 people just propped up doing nothing (didn't go inside)
We waited at the exit to see what the truck Right behind us would do... he also pulled off, the car behind it, also pulled off... I waited until day time to call and speak to the manager.... I waited on hold for over 10 minutes... manager never picked up the phone
I was gonna ask if there was a problem or if they just didn't want to do their jobs? So I was unsure to be upset over drive thru experience.... but after holding 10 minutes, I understand where the staff gets its work ethic. It starts from the top
Mind you this taco bell location is a newer location... taco bell used to be great but to say I was disappointed in the service is an understatement. I do feel this is a nice town and is growing and for such a nice building and location, it's not meeting expectations in my opinion. This location should be booming. But there is a reason it's not. Read moreStopped in to feed the kids before the 2 hr trip home. My Puerto Rican sister ordered slushies during happy hour, but they didn't give them to us. We had to ask because they said nothing, and when we did, they told us they were out of the slushies we wanted, so we had to pick something else. RIGHT after we picked out a different flavor, the white person was given the EXACT slushie my sister ordered!!! Why is it that my hispanic-looking sister doesn't get what she ordered, but the white person who came AFTER us gets it??????
Also, my nephew was bruised on the rib cage because the big door where the trash can goes was not secure, and it came open and hit him. They also had a line of bar stools blocking one path of the isle for no obvious reason. What is going on here? This place seems prejudice and unsafe.

Read moreThis place needs an entire new staff. I arrived at 10:45a at the drive thru to place a breakfast order. Some girl comes on and says "tacobell, go ahead with your order." I proceed to say may I have a number 13, which is breakfast, and she says will you please hold on thank you. This girl NEVER comes back to the speaker so I left at 10:59a. Yes I'm dumb for sitting there that long but if they did not have breakfast anymore, why not just say that?! Instead of making me wait at the drive thru, wasting my time, until their breakfast hours are over. This is not the first time I have had an unprofessional experiences from this location.
