Customer Services Sucks and Overall disappointed!!! So I decided to try for the first time! I placed an order online. I ordered burger with fries and a calzone for my wife. When I went to pick up my food the man refused to give me fries saying online prices don’t match in store prices. If you know that as a business person then your online menu should be fixed to reflect the stores prices. A customer witnessing this even ask the gentleman to give me fries out of “Good Faith.” Well he refused and he had a nasty disposition. In my right mind I should have refused to pay and leave. Yet, I paid leaving without fries. The food was bland and lack flavor. Use to calzones being fat and stuffed. It was just flat!! The marinara sauce was sour and little container only half full. I won’t be going back either!! First impressions are everything and I truly felt like F… Me over some $3.99 fries. I would stare clear of this restaurant. I like to feel valued as a customer!! If you order online expect an up charge when you get in the store!!!

I’m good you’re not the only place to eat from. I won’t be returning and I know my review doesn’t stop business but I personally feel violated as a paying customer that works hard for my money. So we’ve always seen this place. And it’s one of those things where says don’t judge a book by its cover. Because we always saw it it was always packed and we were literally like naw it can’t be that good baby… let me tell you. That was the best food that we had. The food is so good that we’ve probably been back maybe four or five times so far. The food is always good. The messed up our order they had no problem with getting it fixed. The vibe is always really good. The staff is always friendly willing to give a help in hand. And I’m not sure if it’s his children that helps to run the store but they are very knowledgeable and friendly and they also have manners so that is a plus. I would highly suggest this location for anyone that is ever in the area because their food is really good and not to mention the wings are always cooked properly. Wings were good! My sister had been telling me about this place, and I was skeptical because we have different taste buds lol, but she was right! They're good. I ordered 50 wings, half mild with lemon pepper sprinkles and half honey lemon pepper. They could have used more lemon pepper for sure, as there was hardly any on the wings but the sauce for both flavors were great. The man there was so professional and sweet. I will keep going back to this spot plus the customer service is great as well. God bless him and I wish him and his business...
