My granddaughter worked at your establishment for just three days and was still in training when she was let go. I’m writing because I truly don’t understand why this happened. She came in every day giving it her all trying her best to learn, to show respect, and to be a team player. She was genuinely excited to be part of the team and wanted nothing more than to do well and make a good impression. I was told someone mentioned she had an “attitude,” but I want to be very clear she doesn’t have an attitude problem. That’s simply how her tone of voice naturally comes across sometimes, and it’s often misunderstood. She’s a kind-hearted girl who never meant any disrespect. Misinterpreting someone’s tone especially when they’re nervous and in a brand new environment shouldn’t be a reason to take away their opportunity. There was also mention of the bathroom not being cleaned, but that wasn’t her fault. She was asked whether she wanted to take over the bathroom or the dining room, and she was told to handle the dining room which she did, as instructed. She wasn’t trying to avoid any responsibility; she simply followed what she was told to do. She also had trouble with the upcharge process not because she didn’t care, but because it’s a lot to remember in just a couple of days. She was still learning how to approach customers, what to say, and how to keep up with all the expectations. It takes time and experience to get the hang of that. She was doing her best and trying to take everything in. She had a great trainer, someone who was doing their best to help her. But sometimes, even with a good trainer, it just takes more time. With a little more patience and support, I believe she could’ve become a great asset to your team. You can't expect someone to know everything within a day or two. And if she was ever seen standing around, it was only because she didn’t want to do something wrong. She was trying to figure things out and was waiting for guidance. The truth is, she was trying her best. She wanted to succeed. She wanted to be part of the team. And most of all, she wanted to make you all proud to have her there. She just needed a fair chance to grow into the role, like any young person...

Me and my son stopped to have lunch about a $60 order I walked into the restroom to wash our hands before we ate Somebody was in the stall. The soap was not working little did I know it was an employee I asked somebody to come fix the soap dispenser, cause it wasn’t working so as an employee came out of the kitchen, trying to fix the Dispenser and employee walks out of the restroom Stall Starts making jokes about kicking this dispenser because it wasn’t working for a while I guess employee walks into the kitchen and I guess start changing clothes. I’m really not sure but did not wash his hands. I looked at the other employee and said is he not gonna wash his hands? He didn’t have anything to say I said I wanted to refund another, Manager comes out of the back, justifying that he hasn’t started cooking yet and he’s changing his Clothes and putting a belt on and And they wouldn’t allow him in the kitchen until he washed his hands which I’m really not sure he bypassed the sink in the kitchen because I gave him the benefit of the doubt to see if he would stop in the kitchen and wash his hands and he didn’t he went straight to the back and I’m not really sure what so I asked for a refund in a Manager tried to justify That he hasn’t started cooking yet any employee that walks in the kitchen should immediately wash your hands, even if there wasn’t in the bathroom using the restroom so of course, they gave me a refund. I will not be returning back couple other people walked out with me. and I also asked if he was gonna come back out and wash his hands and they had no response like a brick wall not...
Read moreNot sure how they got a 4.3 rating. The guy at the register was nice. Not busy at all. A few patrons. My order came out kinda slow. But what got me was the order of spicy fried mushrooms were SWIMMING in grease. Just a wet soggy mess. Show the counter guy and he literally looked like he was gagging. They offered to remake. Which they did, and these were barely better. The girl that cooked them called him over & said what does he expect, they are cooked in grease. For all that don't know, when you try something at proper temperature with good oil, the grease doesn't stick. Hense NOT greasy. I did try one & as suspected, it had a burnt taste from old oil also I bet the temperature of that fryer wasn't correct. I noticed the tenders were cooked in a different fryer (which didn't taste burnt) than the mushrooms (which did taste burnt). I have had these at other Zaxby's and never had this issue. I get that cooks aren't perfect, everyone has a bad dish sooner or later. But when you are given the opportunity to remake it properly, that's when one does it right and redeems themselves. Not throw out more greasy slop with sarcasm. Management should really address this issue. Pride in ones job comes first from above. Management often dictates the level of customer service & quality of food the kitchen puts out to...
