Oak and Ash Barbecue, The Sampler did not disappoint! Everything was DELICIOUS!!! Zach, I must say, I am not a turkey fan, but your smoked turkey is PHENOMENAL!!! The flavor is AMAZING! I also really enjoyed the jalapeño cheddar sausage!!! The ribs were MEATY and the pulled pork was not greasy or fatty like some other barbecue stands we’ve tried. The sides were a BIG HIT as well. My wife said that your baked beans are the BEST she’s ever had from a restaurant/barbecue pit and I agree! I also love that you offer a vinegar slaw, because I am not a fan of traditional coleslaw.
