The good: The grilled chicken is absolutely amazing. Even better than what I could make at home. Perfectly seasoned and tender. Gordon himself would approve. The salsa was the best around. The guac was maybe a little salty but was still good. The queso was fine, maybe a bit bland, but good and safe for picky adults and kids. The host and service staff were all great, and not once was my drink empty. Everything was plated well and had properly sized American portions. You won't leave hungry.

Now for the "bad". It's extremely expensive and probably on the verge of overpriced. I don't mind spending money but yikes! The night time lighting should be warmer, probably 2700-3000k lighting, not 4000-6000. True white is nice for lunch time but terrible and incredibly harsh for dinner. The parking lot is garbage and full of potholes but they inherited that mess from Khouris. If you do ever pave it, please have wide spaces with a buffer zone between spaces. Your clientele at the Germantown location will thank you.

Will definitely add Blue Margarita to our restaurant rotation but probably only once every four...

We have gotten takeout from the Blue Margarita in Washington a few times. We don’t order from there a lot because every time there’s been something wrong with my food, while everyone else’s is fine. It’s mostly been small things, so not a big deal, but annoying. We live much closer to the new one in Germantown Hills, so we tried it tonight. I don’t think we will be back. I ordered chicken fajitas, and I asked for “no peppers please”. I literally got a bowl of peppers with a few pieces of chicken on top, and they didn’t include any tortillas. If that wasn’t enough, my son’s nuggets & fries were all burnt to the point that they were dry and nasty inside. There was no way he could eat them. I gave 2 stars only because my husband’s food was fine and he liked it. But 1 good meal out of 3 is a problem. Maybe they are better if you dine in?

UPDATE: I was there last night for a work event and got the shrimp tacos. They were delicious, and there was no issues with my order. I guess it’s just takeout that’s a problem. Give them a try, but I recommend...

Tried this place for the first time and it was decent. Only thing weird was there’s no clear entrance to this place, and for some reason when I arrived the main doors were locked even though people were inside. My friends were waiting for me inside but I couldn’t get in. I walked around the building several times but found no obvious entrance.

Finally after pounding on the doors and my friends inside telling the staff they came and unlocked the doors. So that was a weird experience.

The other weird thing was the waiter kept taking our drinks away literally after I’d taken maybe three sips and replacing it with fresh ones. It became super annoying after the FOURTH time this happened. He also took away our full bowls of chips and replaced them with full bowls of chips several times. There’s such a thing as TOO good service I suppose!

A comedy of errors but I hope things improve. The food was good and chips and salsa decent. Price...

This was our first time visiting this restaurant, and on Cinco de Mayo nonetheless. The parking lot is gravel and the entrance is on the right side of the building. The building is quite large and I noticed they had at least 2 sets of restrooms as we were walking to our table (on the patio). We were seated right away and our order was taken quickly. The menu has alot of options to choose from, I decided on the bbq pork tacos, there was alot of flavor in them. There was a man playing music out on the patio when we arrived, it was a little loud but he was just finishing also, it was very nice to sit outside and enjoy the weather, it was beautiful. I liked the large cups that they serve the water in and the atmosphere, there was a lot of space, seating & smiling faces!

Put in a to go order at 630. The order said complete at 650. Didn't get my food until 750. Asked for cancelation multiple times and this was refused as it was online. When I asked for compensation they gave me a business card that they wrote in permanent marker "$10 next visit." Unacceptable customer service. There were multiple couples who came in one after another who ended up receiving their food before me. There were also three other to go orders that were behind my order that ended up getting their food before me.
