Parkside Pizza and Ice Cream — Restaurant in Germantown

Follow up 7/27/24 Things have apparently changed in the last year. Last month, delivered pizza had no sauce. Tried again tonight. Half of pizza was piled up on one side of the box. Dough was cold and chewy and still no tomato sauce at all. We had to heat up some LaRosa pizza sauce to dip in to get it to go down. That was 30 bucks not well spent again. It was good while it lasted. Sorry to see you go Parkside.

Walked in, because we wanted to see what the new place was like since changing from Captain 9's. When we get in, I look at the fancy new digital boards. All of which don't have even one price on them. I ask, do you have something with prices? He looks at the hand out for carry out instead of the physical menus.. nothing. He goes to the register, I can tell you from the register. We're going through a couple.. and it was tedious. I step back and pull it up online, about double ebay he was saying. The service left a lot to be desired! Lots of employees standing around doing nothing or talking instead of working. The one lady was bragging to someone about how she’s there 7 days a week and went on about it for probably twenty minutes while ignoring customers…. The food was absolutely awful the deluxe pizza had next to no toppings the wings were extremely dry and the cheese bread was burnt on the bottom.
