Cottage Inn continues to break the mold. The franchise is against all odds. Itās like when Comerica Park opened and the old guard couldnāt let go of Tiger Stadium at the turn of the 2000s. They knew they liked the new ballpark right away, but there was stubbornness.
Jimās Galley is legendary, near to the hearts of born and raised Gibraltonians. We resisted the idea that weād be able to enjoy life after Jim⦠let alone sink our jaws into a different dough.
Cottage Inn is battling this resistance one pizza at a time.
Maverick, one of the managers, treated me like I was his own. Iāve worked in a pizza joint, always took pride and attention on executing the little things. I canāt hold a pizza cutter to Maverickā¦Young man might have been born on a pie pan.

Unless you're ordering, and then driving right up there, good luck having it hot when you get home. We live only 6 minutes away.
Won't be ordering online for a future time again.
