Taco Bell — Restaurant in Gila Bend

10/4/16 at 1030pm. Ty and Carl working the drive through were to busy goofing off and not working. I couldn't find the burrito on the menu so I asked ty what I'm looking for and no response. He then comes on again on intercom asking if what I was ordering was all. I said no I'm looking for the burrito. He was laughing with another employee so I stopped talking on the intercom and proceed to the window. I told him again what I wanted. He seemed like he was making fun of me. He finally understood what I wanted. Then gave me my drink with the lid not on. Spilled all over me and in my car. Now my car door inside will be sticky. He gave me tons of napkins but never said he is sorry. Then I needed more sauce. I saw the manager who is carl then proceed to explain how I am mad. He had a nice smerk on his face. I was very furious at this point and decided to drive way and complain to cooperate.But as I drove off Carl was laughing! It's like Ty and Carl like pissing people off at there job. I hit reverse and asked to speak to Carl's manager.She was very nice.Understanding.Caring.Listened.I told her what I experienced and she asked me if there is anything she can do I asked for ty and Carl to apologize. Manager ask for Ty to apologize....

Decided to try the beef power bowl after we got fuel, hubby got a regular fiesta taco salad no rice. Mine was no rice, beans or guacamole.

The girl behind the counter did a good job verifying the order, and the ticket was right. She also gave me the senior discount ( I didn't know they had one, never got offered one before). Didn't ask me if I am a senior, but hubby is anyway, and I am months away.

Naturally, despite total verification, mine showed up with guacamole on it lol. Oh, well, hubby likes it, so we scraped it on to his.

Love's had clean bathrooms, decent gas price and typical truck stop...
