Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Gilman

Walked in and the place was miserably hot inside, probably should be shut down until the air is fixed. Ordered our blizzards (2 strawberry dipped cheesecake) They were so poorly made, they weren't even recognizable as what they are supposed to be. If they would've tried the upside-down thing with them, they would've just poured out all over the floor, neither myself or my daughter ended up eating them. My wife ordered a banana split and it was literally just a tub of goo with a banana in it. The girl at the counter was rude when we tried to suggest the quality was terrible and said if she remakes it, it's just gonna be the same and threw her hands in the air before she walked off. They were apparently out of pineapple and strawberry sauce. The manager attempted to remake it, but probably 40 years of having banana splits, both examples were the worst I've seen. This location smells bad inside, is visually outdated and dirty. The bathroom was disgusting and the toilet lid and tp dispenser were covered in flies. Just bypassed the bathroom all together after seeing that. We will never go back to the Gilman location, it was a terrible experience and...

They watch you as you eat and they're on their phone like the whole time. A family came in after my family and I and they served all their blizzards upside down but not ours. When we asked how come they served theirs upside down and not ours they didn't have a response. Then we said we should get a free one since dairy queen has a rule that if the blizzards aren't served upside down you get a free one and they said they don't do that because they aren't part of the national dairy queen chain even though their store is specifically called dairy queen and the symbol is on all their items. The food wasnt even good. Also their bathrooms a filthy and smells horrible. The stalls didnt have locks on the doors. Very dissatisfied and will NEVER go back EVER ! P.S. One of the signs at the entrance was upside down 😂 and as you can see by how long this is I am very upset with this...

I ordered a chocolate peanut butter shake and I should’ve tasted it before driving off. The shake has the worse sour spoiled taste to it. I called and told them I was just there and my shake has a very sour taste to it. The lady rudely argued with me saying well if that was true and it really was sour then I would have other people calling and complaining. But if you really believe it has a sour taste to you then you can come back and we will replace it. Like ya lady I’m definitely making this up just for I can have you come at me all ignorant and rude. Wasn’t wasting my gas or time to go back. Now looking at other reviews and I see one from three days ago saying their shake was sour too…..hmmmm…..these people are going to make someone so sick that they’ll end up in the hospital with food poisoning. Don’t be their victim, save your time and money and go...
