Legends Restaurant — Restaurant in Glade Township

Stopped for dinner couple weeks ago and this has been on my mind since. Our food was DELICIOUS!! Not a single complaint there, at all. My biggest complaint and the reason for only 3 stars is our service. Besides our server, M (I'm aware of her first name, but don't see a need to fully disclose that) getting us and taking our order when we first arrived, she didn't come around the rest of the time until we had already almost finished our meal. When another server brought our appetizer, I thought maybe our initial server was busy with other customers. That wasn't the case. She was busy talking to someone at the bar most of our time there. I guess wouldn't have been so bad if she was talking more about work appropriate things, instead of talking about going out to the bar later that night, and ignoring us. My bf finished his drink before his meal came out and sat the whole time throughout our dinner with no drink, bc after acknowledging him when he asked for a refill, she disappeared again and didn't return until after we had almost completed our meal. She had come around and apologized, saying that she promises us she wasn't ignoring us. When it actually indeed did feel exactly like that. She brought us the check. She must've been eager to get back to the bar where her friend was, bc she didn't see the card nor my bfs attempt to get her attention when she started to turn away. So we waited another 15 minutes after our plates had been cleared for her to come pick up the check. She never did. We had to go to the bar and cash out that way. I'd have to say this is probably the worst service I've gotten from anywhere in Warren, and it's a shame bc to me (as I've worked in customer service), the service is what can make a HUGE impact on a business. 🤢🤢 I do not recommend. It's definitely a cute little place, the decor was awesome and same with the music. We came in from Jamestown and it was an half hour drive, once we arrived the manager in all black told us that we'd have to wait and never invited us in, and it was very cold. Finally at 7:10 we were seated, the Pepsi was flat. My mother ordered more diet and it never came. We were waiting for our food for a WHOLE HOUR, while other patrons were invited inside and the manager was actually talking to them about the specials and such, and all he did was seat us and that was it. You'd think that he'd want to leave a great impression, but I guess otherwise. The fries were soggy, chicken chewy.. the food WAS NASTY. We actually had to come up to the bar and ask for our bill, and it also took forever for that to get here too. All In all, I don't recommend this. The cute fun decor is deceiving, and the service needs some hella serious...

Got the chicken scampi, it was awful. The sauce almost tasted like it had gone bad and the chicken looked boiled when it should have been grilled. Breadstick was ok but I could tell they fried it and the oil had not been changed in a while. Only thing I actually enjoyed was my side salad and my drink. I got the orange creamsicle cocktail, although I don’t think there was any alcohol in it and it was melted when it came to the table. My boyfriend got the Delmonico, it was super flat, not what we expected but he said it was good. They made it well done instead of medium though. Chowder was very very salty to the point it was inedible. The over all atmosphere was ok, our server was nice, but the place was very dirty.
