Update in response to the owner:
You can get a case of 1,000 compostable plastic 16oz cups off the webstaurant store for about $100. And I am sure you can find a better deal than that as a business owner. And I didn't see where I could help myself to silverware. The rest of the table was given silverware when our meals came out. I thought my original 4-star review was pretty generous, but now I am offended that you would argue with me over the things I found disappointing.
