Update in response to the owner:

You can get a case of 1,000 compostable plastic 16oz cups off the webstaurant store for about $100. And I am sure you can find a better deal than that as a business owner. And I didn't see where I could help myself to silverware. The rest of the table was given silverware when our meals came out. I thought my original 4-star review was pretty generous, but now I am offended that you would argue with me over the things I found disappointing.

We went to The Scoop on Main after a family wedding to get a nice treat. The two girls working were very pleasant and helpful. My son got chocolate ice cream which he loved. My parents both got a homemade ice cream sandwhich which they enjoyed. I got the "Everything Peanut Butter' sundae which was excellent. We got six different items for a shade under $20. A cute ice cream/coffee shop. A good selection of hard dip ice cream with rotating seasonal flavors. There is a good sized seating area if you want to sit down.
