River Bend Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Glasgow

First time EVER HAD BAD SERVICE & COLD FOOD. I was there at 11am - Sunday. They were busy

Blonde hair waitress had NO PERSONALITY. TOOK 20 MINUTES from time i.ordered and got food. Drink was served in styrofoam.cup- barely got a fork.

I understand being busy. But NEVER HAD COLD FOOD.

My regular waitress was in the back - she should have been on the floor.

Put the blonde in the back.

I left NO TIP- - which normally I tip even bad service but not this time.

Felt like my food was plated and set aside till got large orders out.

I normally go there 4-5 times monthly -!I will look & see whom my waitress is from now on.

We were there in the morning, only one other couple was there. Service was good and so was the food. We had biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon and hashbrown. I was there with my almost 3 year old daughter. When we went to pay however they only take cash or a check! O.o. They have an Atm right there but it charges you $2.50. What year are we living in?
