Glassport Diner — Restaurant in Glassport

I ate here twice this past weekend, The service was great, EXPECIALLY given that it's a small place and there's like 2 people working. My server was attentive, but also clearly very busy. My food was clearly cooked on a flat-top (breaktfast), and it was cooked perfectly, the cook obviously knows what they are doing. One of my friends wanted the roast beef sandwich, i tried some, it was great, they definitely cook it in house. They make real food, for a very reasonable price(like seriously, i know how this stuff is priced, i would charge more), for cash only. To respond to some other reviews, based on what i could gather about the previous waiter ( who's name is probably Tommy ), very much seems like he was a total a-hole to people that weren't his friends or just people he chose not to like. A poor way to run a business, obviously. Keep doing what you're doing Glassport diner...

OMG! 😲 I don't even know where to begin.. Glassport Diner the "Steelworker" is the BEST BREAKFAST around! I'm telling you..if you haven't tried Glassport Diner you are missing out! I'm hoping the "Steelworker" breakfast becomes a permanent option on the menu..and it's fitting for the Glassport area. Trust me..you will not leave hungry! ❤️

Absolutely a hidden gem of Glassport PA. Our waitress Kelly was very sweet and took great care of us. We tried a bunch of breakfast foods since it was our first time visiting. Sunny side up eggs, toast, pancakes, french toast, bacon, sausage, ham, home fries, coffee and tea. Everything was absolutely scrumptious! The food was cooked perfectly. Very reasonably priced. I would love to give this diner a better rating, but it's just not there for me. My last time there (a few days ago) was just disappointing. We ordered breakfast omelet, scrambled eggs, bacon, toast the regular. I asked for green peppers, mushrooms, onions and cheese in my omelet... well lets say the cook that day felt like making it with their own twist I guess. I received an huge omelet with a tiny square of cheese on top and it was FILLED with spinach and I believe tomatoes .. didn't have time to ask for a new one since our order for three took over 30 minutes. Thank God I like spinach but it was still a disappointment. I probably won't return...
