I recently visited Subway, and it was an exceptional experience that deserves a five-star review.

Hey, you need a good, inexpensive sandwich in a convenient location. The help at this store is typically young, inexperienced and thus a little slower. Good news is they're friendly and conscientious. The basic menu is always good. I keep trying their new stuff like their wraps, pizza and sliders, but they are not so good. There are never 3 white chip macadamia cookies when I'm at the checkout, which is good for my waistline but not for their upsell potential. I like that Subway is a Pepsi pour chain. Wish I could give them negative stars. The staff is highly unprofessional and refused to take ownership of their mistakes. We ordered 4 subs using the subway app that essentially lists all the ingredients we want, IN WRITING, and they still messed it up.

We had to wait 20 min to pick up even though we went after the suggested time.

When we called back letting them know of the wrong sandwiches, the individual who made them refused to connect me with the manager or give me a contact number.
