Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Glendale

I went there tonight and ordered a blended Golden Eagle, and then I saw they made my drink and left it on the counter inside near the window, and didn’t hand it to me. I waited more than 5 minutes for them to give me the drink but they didn’t, so I asked one of the employees if I could have my drink. At first, she didn’t want to listen to me and told me to wait, but I showed her my drink and said That’s my drink and I’m getting late for work, so I could have it, but she was still not listening to me and saying stuff. I told her there is no need for me to wait for my drink when it’s ready and getting melted, so I want my drink. She got so mad, rolling her eyes and in a mocking and rude tone saying, “Yeah, yeah, whatever.” If I wanted an iced and melted drink, I could order that one. Why am I getting a melted drink and then getting bullied by some pick-me staff member? I honestly don’t know why I’m going to a place and spending money to be treated this way. I know this is not Dutch Bros' behavior, but please teach your employees basic manners. Also, this was the last time I’ll ever go to this...

I recently visited an incredible Dutch Bros location and was blown away by both the service and atmosphere. From the moment I pulled up, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly energy. The staff here clearly knows how to make customers feel welcome – they were upbeat, efficient, and genuinely enthusiastic about their drinks.
