Taco Bell — Restaurant in Globe

Worst experience ever put my order in at 1:30 did not get my order until 216 and then was told that I had to wait to get my other order when the kiosk machine messed up and the manager told her not to make it that I had to do what was in order, even though the rest of my food was done The manager was worried about drive-through and trying to get drive-through orders out and Mobile orders out and then had an attitude and it was rude and disrespectful to me when I told her that I needed it because I paid for it and I got into it with the manager a little bit because I used to work for Taco Bell so I know on how they do it and there was one girl working dining room and Mobile orders, 2 was working drive-through And three employees was just walking around my order was wrong and I did not go back in to have them fix it because of how backed up they was and how rude they was in...

The experience was okay they did make one mistake with my soda, I ordered a Dr pepper and it was mostly carbonation I didn't take a drink until I was about a mile away. When I went back and told them what had happened and what was wrong with the soda they still had to change out the soda bib and then didn't even give me an upgraded soda or anything just gave me the same small size that came with the meal. The older scary druggie looking lady made sure the restaurant knew that she hates people and wants them to stay out of her drive-thru. Service was super slow. Would have been quicker if they spent more time working and less time gossiping when they have customers waiting on them. More tortilla than cantina chicken or any other filling.
