Terrible service!!! Very dirty dining and pick up counter. I wanted to take more pics, but the entire experience was bad. We placed a to go order at 9:46 and had to ask 2 times to have someone make the order. Both girls I asked were standing doing nothing yet they would not make my order….strange. It took 15 minutes for 2 black coffees and 2 coffees with milk only. The manager was rude and tried making excuses as to why everything was dirty and no orders were being executed, even though the place had well over 8 staff. I have managed retail, & food service. It was lack of direction from management, not the amount of customers. Very disorganized at this location. The staff stand around and do not make orders? Very confusing place. We were not the only customers complaining either. One man commented he could have made it at home faster! I do not recommend this Dunkin! Its my second time with a to go order here and had issues both times. They made my daughters iced coffee milk only with iced tea. Just completely disappointed. America run away from...

Story time! Today I got my coffee before work, as I'm sure many do. Dunkin has messed up my (relatively) simple almost $4 coffee for the 12th time.

Unable to leave work to correct the problem (not that I should have to!) I went after my shift ended to get it sorted.

When I entered I was told that the only manager available was out picking up an employee for work??? First of all, what, the, heck? Why would a manager be picking up an employee?!?

I waited, and waited, and waited some more, for her to mysteriously appear.

Finally she appears, looks right at me, clocks out (I was told), and left the premises before she could ever give me a minute of her time.

Long story short I demanded my money back.

Tl;dr DONT GO TO THIS DUNKIN At least if you want your order...

This place is consistently bad.

They don't toast their bagels, they just warm them up.

Front counter is the absolute slowest of any dunkin I've been too. I can cut the high scoolers some slack, but Lina is completely incompetent. Incredibly slow and when she does work she doesn't know how to work efficiently.

Hey Lina: If someone's waiting on a muffin, and someone else orders a latte that takes 5 minutes to make- grab the muffin that takes 2 seconds to bag first.

When I order on the go and come to pick it up 15 minutes later, nothing is ready.
